After years of bad experiences with otherwise highly rated dentists in the N Austin/Brushy Creek area, I finally found Rose Dental when I had a crown fall out middle of the work day (installed by a different practice prior). Rose got me in next day as a new patient, and I haven’t looked back. I’ve had 2 impacted wisdom teeth pulled, 1 root canal, 1 filling, and a couple small procedures done with Rose since. Only issue I ever had, Rose took a look at, identified the issue, and redid the entire procedure at no cost to me. I can’t stress enough how atypical this is to my previous experiences. Staff is always very pleasant, but more importantly, explains everything to me and answers all my questions - everything from billing & scheduling to treatment options and lifestyle tips and changes I can make to better take care of my teeth, Rose is amazing at. Can’t recommend highly enough.

Ashley was wonderful! She did an excellent job and has such a great bedside manner as a dental hygienist!! She was empathetic, attentive, and very professional. You can genuinely tell that she takes pride in her work and cares about her patients. Kudos to the entire reception team as well! Everyone is welcoming and takes the time to get to know each patient and make them feel comfortable. I especially appreciate that Rose Dental Team follows up after your visit to make sure everything is okay. Those little touches really make a difference and create a pleasant dental experience. Good customer service

My crown fell out last night, and when I called Rose Dental in Roundrock this morning, they were wonderful and got me in at 11:00. I needed a new crown and they did a great job making the temporary crown and making sure it fit well before I left. Gavin even called to check on me and let me know that there was an earlier appointment if I wanted it. We have been going to Rose Dental for quite a few years now and are very satisfied with everything we have had done with our teeth.

The hygienist Ashely W and Dr. S were professional, my teeth were examined and general cleaning was done. The front staffs were kind.
