Meet Dr. Matthew Monks

Dr. Matthew Monks is a general dentist who was born and raised in Houston, Texas. He earned his bachelor’s degree in biology from The University of Texas at Austin before completing dental school at Texas A&M College of Dentistry in Dallas. With a strong interest in cosmetic dentistry, he was drawn to a profession that combines the artistry and precision of dentistry with the opportunity to make an immediate, meaningful difference in patients’ lives.

For Dr. Monks, one of the greatest rewards of dentistry is transforming a patient’s smile and helping restore their confidence. He values seeing patients become more comfortable smiling, laughing, and expressing themselves after treatment. His approach extends beyond improving oral health, he strives to provide thoughtful, patient-focused care that helps each person feel heard, comfortable, and confident in their treatment.

Dr. Monks is excited to serve you, your neighbors, and friends with individualized care centered on each patient’s needs and experience. Outside the office, Dr. Monks enjoys spending time with friends and family, watching Texas Longhorn football, learning to golf, and trying new restaurants around Austin.
